Where we ship
We ship from Toronto, Canada, to Canada, the United States, and select countries worldwide.
Shipping rates (CAD)
- Canada: $15. Free on orders over $150.
- United States: $20. Free on orders over $200.
- International: Calculated at checkout. Free on orders over $300.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are marked on their product page with an expected ship date. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll ship your in-stock items right away and send your pre-order items separately as soon as they arrive, at no extra cost.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipping outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country’s customs office.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email us at proshop@gallerygoods.golf with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.
