How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are marked on their product page with an expected ship date. If you order a pre-order item together with in-stock goods, we'll ship your in-stock items right away and send the pre-order item separately as soon as it arrives, at no extra cost.
What are the bags made of?
Our totes are woven jacquard, with the artwork woven directly into the fabric rather than printed on. Each bag measures 40 cm W × 36 cm H × 12 cm D (15.7" × 14.2" × 4.7") with a 28 cm (11") handle drop and an interior zip pocket.
How do I care for my bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid machine washing, bleach, and tumble drying to keep the weave and colours looking their best.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our full refund policy for details.
